In
order to process the complete mortgage loan application, you will
have to furnish us with certain items of information. We may ask
for some of the following information depending upon the type of
loan program you are applying for:
- Copy of
signed purchase agreement (sales contract).
- Names and
addresses of all employers for the last two (2) years.
- Copies of
last 3 months bank statements with all pages.
- Credit union
name, account number, and address.
- Names, account
numbers, and current balances of all open accounts (automobile
loans, banks, credit cards).
- Names, addresses
and loan numbers of present or past mortgages, or landlord/rental
information.
- W-2 forms
and complete tax returns for the past two years or Profit and
Loss Statements if self-employed.
- Most recent
(30 days) paycheck stub which indicates earnings year-to-date.
- A list of
U.S. Savings Bonds and/or stock certificates (serial numbers and
amounts).
- Evidence
of any financial obligations to pay alimony, child support, or
separate maintenance (such as divorce decree or court order).
- Discharge
and schedule of bankruptcy and letter of explanation.
- Releases
of any judgments and letter of explanation.
Again, particular
documentation will vary based on the loan program. Be sure to discuss
all of the required information with your Mortgage Planner.
