Now
that the sales contract has been signed and accepted by all parties,
you will now make and application for a mortgage loan, or as Draper
and Kramer Mortgage Corp. recommends, you may have "pre-qualified"
for a loan before starting your house search. In either case, the
process will be basically the same. You will meet with your DKMC
Mortgage Planner who will take your mortgage loan application
information and work to get your loan approved. Or, you can begin
the process immediately by applying
on-line. A Mortgage Planner will be in contact with you right
away to complete all the intricacies of the application and begin
processing the loan.
